As of March 1st 2018, I have relocated to my new permanent office at 1709 NE 27th St, Suite J. This is at the intersection of 27th Street and McDaniel Lane. Should you need further directions please scroll down.
To Book your Appointment (basic instructions):
The schedule grid is set up with five 2 hour sections per day beginning at 10am, Tuesday thru Saturday. Click on any GREEN shaded time at the beginning of the hour on the grid below to make a 60 minute or 90 minute appointment. 120 minute appointments are available after 6pm. Time blocks that are unavailable to select are shaded Light Gray with an X. Use the ‘Duration’ drop down menu on the next page to select 60 or 90 minute sessions.
PLEASE check that you have selected the date you intended to select before booking. Selecting the wrong week is not uncommon.
Detailed Instructions: The grid is in 30 Minute increments. Massage sessions are 60 Minutes or 90 Minutes during the 10am, Noon, 2pm and 4pm time blocks. For 90 minute sessions the third 30 minutes does not show on the grid but will come up on the drop down menu on the next page. The 6pm time block can be booked 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Select the amount of time you want from the drop down duration menu and proceed with filling out the fields and Captcha code then click ‘Confirm Booking’. If you have information you would like me to have before you arrive for your appointment, you can use the ‘notes’ field of the appointment scheduler or you can contact me through the feedback page on the website. If you need to book 120 minutes during the 6pm block please select ‘1 hour and 30 minutes’ then use the ‘Notes’ field on the scheduler to let me know you would like a 2 hour session.
PLEASE note that there is an additional 30 minutes available for your appointment AFTER any open time slot (green).
Example: Even though there are only two green 30 minute blocks showing on the grid per 2 hour section there is actually 90 minutes available.
Alderwood Massage Therapy is located at 1709 NE 27th St, Suite J. This is at the intersection of 27th street and McDaniel Lane. From 99w turn north on McDaniel (between McDonalds and the Ford dealership) and in one block the office building will be right in front of you. Park in the rear parking lot.
Entering through the rear entrance, turn left at the second door then my office, suite J, will be the second door on the right, next to the East side Exit door.
Entering through the front (Street) door take the third door on the right then my office will be the second door on the right. Please note that on Saturdays and after 5pm the front door will be locked.
Occasionally, on Saturdays or evenings, the rear door may become locked. The East side door adjacent to my office should be unlocked while I am in the building. Coming in the East side door, my office will be immediately on the left
There is ample parking in the lot behind the building.
There is a 12 hour block out on the scheduler. This means that if you access the booking page at one minute past 10pm you wont be able to schedule an appointment at 10am the next day, etc. If you need to schedule a same-day appointment please call or text 503-434-1738 to check availability of same-day appointments. If I am unable to take your call please leave a message regarding your time preferences and best times to reach you. I will return your call as soon as possible.

PLEASE VERIFY the date and time you have selected before you navigate away from the scheduler. You should receive a confirmation email when you have finished booking your appointment. Please double check to make sure that the confirmation email has the correct date and time you intended to book your appointment. Also please save this email until after your appointment as it has cancellation and contact information. The day before your appointment you should receive a reminder email.
Cancellation and rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule an appointment simply use the cancellation feature on the confirmation or reminder email and book your new appointment here for the time you prefer. If you get a message when attempting to cancel that it is too late to cancel please call or text (503-434-1738) leaving a message that you need to cancel. If you are not receiving confirmation and reminder emails check your spam filter / junk folder. If your emails are not in your spam filter / junk folder please contact me via the Feed Back page on the website or text me.
Clients with Insurance: I only work with a select number of insurance carriers and of those carriers, not all plans will cover massage therapy. In order that I may verify coverage, you must submit your insurance information via the Feedback / Contact page (Right Click HERE ) at least 4 business days prior to your first appointment.
You must include all the following information:
Your Name as on the policy/claim,
Your phone number,
your Date of Birth,
Insurance company & their phone number.
If the appointment is for a Motor Vehicle Accident (or MVA) please include:
The name and phone number of the Adjuster,
The date of the accident and
The state (Oregon, Washington, etc) in which the accident occurred.
For MVA’s, at the time of the first office visit, a copy of a referral or prescription for massage therapy from a physician on their letter head is required. Referrals must indicate what area(s) the physician intends to have treated by the use of ICD-10 codes. Failure to provide this information prior to the appointment will result in the client paying out-of-pocket.

If at all possible please select a time so that your appointment begins at the start of the hour. Starting an appointment on the half hour is possible but may cause you to have a short session.
Reminder: PLEASE check that you have selected the correct date / week for your appointment. It is easy to click on the wrong week.
